How to use medical ziplock bags:
(1) According to the size of the items to be sterilized, select the appropriate sterilization bag, put the clean and dry items into the self-sealing flat pocket, and the sterilized items should not exceed 3/4 of the sterilization length, so as to ensure enough The seal will otherwise increase the likelihood of the sterilized bag bursting.
(2) Sharp instruments should be placed in the opposite direction to the peeling direction to ensure safe peeling.
(3) Remove the release paper on the open tongue and insert it into the bag, close the mouth of the bag, and mark the sterilization time, content and purpose.
(4) Place the closed and sterilized bag in paper-to-paper manner, then place it in steam sterilization or ethylene oxide equipment and sterilize it in the usual way.
(5) Confirm the discoloration of the indication mark in the sterilization process; it is blue before steam sterilization, and it is grayish black after sterilization; it is pink before sterilization of ethylene oxide, and it is brown after sterilization.
(6) Store the sterilized sterilized bag in a dry, dark and clean area for use.
(7) When it is necessary to use, peel off the sterilization instruction bag in the direction of the peeling direction to take out the item.
